Photo Session Details

Elite Session:

Ideal for Luxury listings, this session is shot with studio lighting and uses advanced editing techniques to create distinct images. These are the same caliber images you see published in industry magazines.  This session also includes; blue-sky replacement (on grey days), optimized window views (Clearview), and extra images to capture architectural elements.

Elite Plus Floor Plan Session:

This session utilizes the same photography as the Professional session and adds the creation of a floor plan for the property. The floor plan is then used as an interactive tool in the tour. It draws the customer in by allowing them to imagine the flow of the house as they are viewing the images.

Essential Session:

Ideal for entry-level listings, these shots are created using a single exposure for an affordable, yet professional shoot.
